Laura Ros is the author of the book *Corazón sin edad* (2019), a consultant, speaker, and facilitator of change processes with a solid background in education, communication, human development, and training. A native of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, she holds two bachelor’s degrees from the UANL—in Design and Communication Sciences—as well as a master’s degree in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Her education is complemented by studies in Ericksonian Hypnosis, Psychogenealogy, Biological Decoding of Diseases, Logotherapy, Bioenergetics, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming applied to health.
Throughout her career, she has taught at academic and government institutions, served as a thesis advisor and examiner for professional certification exams, and held leadership positions in areas such as communications, public relations, human resources, training, and social services. She has also given lectures on self-esteem, communication, resilience, emotional intelligence, family, and personal transformation processes.
As the founder and director of the THAIP Training and Development Center, she has organized workshops, courses, and training programs for private, civil society, educational, and government institutions. Her work has supported thousands of people in their journeys of learning, awareness, and change, combining professional expertise, human sensitivity, and a practical vision focused on inner growth and quality of life.
