Founder of Núcleo | Human Development and Meaningful Leadership
My work stems from a conviction: when a person changes, the outcome changes.
For more than three decades, I worked in key business and leadership roles at multinational companies such as British American Tobacco, Praxair, Manpower, Unilever, and Cemex, and later went on to become a partner and entrepreneur, directing a Human Development Center in Monterrey, Mexico.
That experience subsequently led me to establish a real estate investment consulting firm in Panama, as well as provide international investment project consulting services, integrating financial and human aspects under a mindful, long-term vision.
At each stage, I confirmed that the true driving force behind performance is not pressure or control, but awareness, consistency, and human qualities.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and am currently resuming my master’s degree in Occupational Psychology. Throughout my career, I have led large teams and complex operations—with a focus on continuous improvement, systems thinking, and a culture of high commitment—and coordinated initiatives involving more than 200 employees and high-impact budgets, always prioritizing people’s holistic growth and clarity in execution.
At the same time, I received training and participated in holistic human development programs and high-impact experiential workshops in Monterrey, various cities in Mexico, and Panama, incorporating approaches such as Byers, NLP, systems thinking, and behavioral change facilitation. That journey taught me how to translate the invisible into simple, sustainable actions.
Over the years, more than 3,000 people have had the opportunity to grow and develop personally and professionally through the courses, mentoring sessions, talks, conferences, and seminars I have led —all designed to be experiential and holistic.
That experience reaffirmed my belief that true learning happens when reason and emotion come together.
Today, guided by a phrase that has stayed with me for a long time—
“Develop yourself so you don’t become obsolete or stagnate in the same place” —
I’m taking a step toward a new era of human development, where the opportunity to give more and reach further is multiplied through digital media.
My in-person work allowed me to touch lives; my online work allows me to support many more.
At Núcleo by Juan Carlos Niño, I support people who aren’t looking for empty rhetoric, but rather for inner results that show on the outside: greater emotional balance, better decisions, and leadership that inspires without raising a voice .
I work to high standards, and when the process calls for it, I collaborate with experts and specialists in various fields to ensure well-grounded, ethical, and holistic development experiences.
